Meet Chewy
Meet Han Solo and Chewbacca, affectionately known as Chewy, a bonded pair of brothers who are looking to co-pilot their way right into your heart.
Just like their famous cinematic namesakes, these two domestic shorthairs are an inseparable team who rely on each other for confidence and comfort. While they are initially shy in new environments, they possess deeply affectionate, friendly souls that blossom beautifully once they feel safe.
Han Solo is the more reserved of the duo. He pretends to be a shy guy, but he secretly melts for gentle chin scratches and will nudgingly demand them once he trusts you. His loyal companion, Chewy, is a gentle giant and the braver of the two, showing his brother social cues and helping him grow more confidence. Chewy is always out on an adventure, exploring new spaces with curiosity and vigor.
Because they are sensitive boys who find comfort in routine, Han and Chewy require a patient, quiet home with adults or calm older teenagers who understand that true friendship takes time to build. Their ideal family will happily start them out in a single, cozy room to prevent them from feeling overwhelmed by a big new galaxy.
With a little time, a lot of love, and plenty of patience, this cosmic duo will reward you with a lifetime of fierce loyalty and quiet companionship.
