Meet Blake, a loving and social gentleman who is looking for his fur-ever home. Blake came into the BC SPCA suffering from a horrific wound on one of his front legs. He needed some major tender loving care plus surgery to repair his wound and he has been such a wonderful patient, never showing anger even when he likely was in pain.

Blake seems to be a very easygoing and friendly guy who loves attention and to cuddle up on your lap. He enjoys lots of pets and being brushed. He’ll happily find nice comfy places to stretch out and nap and often is found perched on top of a scratching post lazily surveying things. Blake seems like he would be fine in a home with cat savvy children and may be able to live with other chill animals with proper, slow introductions. We’re not sure if he’s ever lived with other animals before so caution should be used. Overall though Blake seems like he will make a wonderful addition to any home and a great companion.
*BLAKE IS ALMOST DONE HIS MEDICAL CARE AND WILL SOON BE READY TO OFFICIALLY BE ADOPTED. Ask SPCA staff for more info.

If you are interested in adding a furry family member and think Blake is the right fit, please apply online at the link below or in person at the Kamloops BCSPCA.
