If you’re looking for a whole lot of dog, you’ve found the right guy! Squirrel is a big boy with an even bigger heart, and he’s ready to find peace in his forever home.

Squirrel is a pretty simple guy, he likes his treats, he enjoys playing and walks, and he loves to enjoy peace and quiet at home. He’s happiest when he has company around but doesn’t want to be overwhelmed with too many guests!

This sweet fella isn’t very fond of being left alone for long periods of time and can get pretty stressed and cry or bark. He will need some help managing his anxiety as he settles into his new routine, new space, and new life.

In Squirrel’s perfect world, an experienced guardian would come and scoop him up, and whisk him away to a calm, consistent environment where his anxieties can melt away. Potential adopters will need to have experience with XL breeds, and managing anxiety in dogs.

**Please note: Squirrel is awaiting neuter and dental surgery, so we are prioritizing applicants for Foster-To-Adopt.**

If you think he could be a good fit for you, please fill out an application below.

**NOTE**: Our dog team will only be contacting applicants who have submitted an application. We encourage all applicants to write a little bit about themselves, their pets, and their home when prompted. Leaving these questions empty drastically affects the likelihood of receiving a call back. We carefully review every application we receive, however, as a small team, we’re not able to respond to every inquiry.
