Meet (tn2) Briar

Add to favourites

Oh, Briar. This sweet little guy has no idea just how much potential he has. ❤️

At 3.5 months old, Briar is still figuring out this big, sometimes overwhelming world. He’s the shyest of his siblings, and while he’s made some lovely progress since coming into our care, he’s still learning that people can be pretty wonderful.

Briar isn’t the kitten who’s going to race across the room and throw himself into your arms. Not yet, anyway! He’s more of a quiet observer, taking everything in and deciding at his own pace what’s safe and what’s worth investigating.

The good news? We’ve discovered that tasty treats and gentle play are excellent ways to make friends with this little fellow. Cat treat tubes, Temptations, and wand toys have all helped him come out of his shell, little by little.

And those little moments of progress? They’re a pretty big deal when you’re Briar!

We’re looking for someone special who can see beyond his shyness and recognize the sweet little kitten who’s trying so hard to be brave. Someone patient, gentle, and willing to celebrate the small victories while helping him build confidence.

Briar still has some growing to do, and not just physically! But with time, consistency, and plenty of kindness, we think this handsome little guy has every opportunity to blossom.

He may not be the easiest kitten to win over, but we have a feeling earning Briar’s trust will be something pretty special.
