This handsome, beady-eyed boy is making waves with staff and volunteers, equal parts fluff and love- could you be his new forever person?

Wave is a Samoyed mix- he is very intelligent, energetic, and loving! Naturally, his breed comes equipped with high grooming and exercise needs. Wave needs a companion with time to spare for equal parts training and cuddles! No matter what activity you’re doing, he is happy to be included!

Wave was brought to us as a stray, in rough shape, and in need of some TLC. Wave arrived to the Kamloops shelter severely matted and with very overgrown nails. Despite his past, he is a happy-go-lucky boy who enjoys nothing more than laying in the sun and having a comfy place to enjoy the outdoors. Waves favourite activities include fetch, time with his people, sun-bathing, and relaxing with a Kong or puzzle game.

Because much of Wave’s history is unknown, he would be best suited to a confident adopter who could continue working on training and socialization. Wave’s ideal home would provide him with ample activities, space to play, lots of love and ample grooming to keep him comfortable. His breed tendencies can also make him prone to vocalization, and he may protest when left alone for long periods of time.

**Please note: Wave is awaiting neuter surgery on October 26th, so he is available for Foster-To-Adopt.**
