Meet Zeus! 🐾

Zeus is a big, lovable goof who is still very much a puppy at heart! He’s playful, affectionate, full of personality, and has a wonderful enthusiasm for just about everything life has to offer. Whether he’s heading out on the trails, hopping in the car for an adventure, or enjoying some playtime, Zeus is happiest when he’s out doing things with his people.

And while he certainly loves to have fun, Zeus has a softer, snuggly side too. He’s a big fan of belly rubs, pats, and simply hanging out with his humans. For all his playful energy, he’s just as content to settle in beside you and enjoy some quiet time together.

Zeus is also quite the entertainer! He loves a good game of fetch and will happily chase down a ball. Bringing it back, however, is apparently optional. He’s still reviewing the rules of the game, and we’re not entirely convinced he agrees with all of them. Ha!

Now, Zeus may be a big boy, but he’s still very much a puppy at heart, and with that comes a little learning! He already knows sit, down, and off, and he’s currently working on his loose-leash walking skills. He’s a smart, enthusiastic guy who would benefit from someone willing to continue helping him learn the ropes. Think of him as a big baby who’s still figuring out how to navigate the world with four paws, a whole lot of excitement, and occasionally questionable coordination. 😂

When it comes to four-legged friends, Zeus does well with larger dogs who appreciate his rather exuberant style of play. He’s not exactly a delicate little flower when playtime rolls around, so a like-minded canine companion who enjoys a good romp would be ideal! Cats and small dogs, however, aren’t a suitable match for our big fella.

We think Zeus would absolutely thrive in a rural setting where he has plenty of opportunities to explore, stretch those legs, and enjoy all the wonderful things that come with being a dog. Trails to wander, adventures to be had, and a human (or two!) who enjoys getting outside as much as he does? That’s the dream!

Zeus doesn’t need someone who expects him to have everything figured out already. He needs someone who sees the wonderful dog he is, appreciates his goofy puppy ways, and is excited to help him grow into the best version of himself.

He’s got the personality, the affection, the enthusiasm, and a whole lot of love to give. Now he just needs his person to share it all with.
