Meet Pal:

Are you looking to adopt a shy kitty who just needs someone to show him the patience and understanding he needs to thrive? Pal came to us from a large group of cats without a lot of human interaction, so the shelter setting is proving to be quite scary for him. Because of this he has yet to let his true personality shine through, but each day he relaxes a little more thanks to the time and patience shown to him from staff and volunteers. Watching a fearful cat come out of their shell and learn to trust you can be such a rewarding experience. Pal will need an adoptive home that is willing to help him feel comfortable at his own pace and time, a quiet home without a lot of foot traffic would be ideal.

Starting off in a smaller room of the house would be ideal for Pal so that he can adjust to his new home gradually, so he won’t feel too overwhelmed. Having come from a property with a large number of cats, a cat savvy resident feline may be helpful in showing him that humans maybe aren’t so scary after all.

If you have a quiet home and are willing to take the time and patience to let a fearful cat come out of their shell Pal may be the one you’ve been waiting for. With patience, kindness, and a little understanding, he has so much love to give. ❤️

Walk-ins are prioritized.

We are open Tuesday – Saturday 12 pm -4 pm (except for Stat Holidays).
