Meet Erik!

Erik is a sweet, gentle little guy who may be a bit shy when you first meet him, but give him a little time to feel comfortable and his wonderful personality comes shining through. Once he trusts you, Erik is affectionate, playful, cuddly, and very much himself.

Erik recently had his back leg amputated, and he handled his big surgery like an absolute champ. He is incredibly easygoing and doesn’t put up a fuss – even through everything he has been through, he has remained such a calm, good-natured boy. His three-legged life hasn’t stopped him from enjoying all the things kittens love, and he has a lively, playful side that comes out once he feels at home.

One of Erik’s favourite things is being around other cats. He has a cat friend in his foster home who helps him feel more confident, and he gets especially excited when she comes into the room. Because of how much he enjoys feline companionship, Erik would love a home with another friendly, welcoming cat who can be his buddy.

When he isn’t playing or hanging out with his feline friend, Erik is happiest getting cozy. He loves his comfort and will happily curl up on your lap for a snuggle. When he gets particularly excited or happy, he’ll give you the sweetest little head butts.

Erik is the kind of cat who quietly wins you over. He is gentle, calm, affectionate, and incredibly resilient, with just enough playful energy to keep things fun. He may need a little patience while he settles into a new home, but once he feels safe, you’ll get to see the sweet, cuddly, playful boy he really is.

Do you think you could be Erik’s person?
