This sweet, special guy is so easy to love… and easy to spot in a crowd! Poki was born with a birth defect, making his head shape irregular, but the only side-effect of his unique appearance is he will always catch your eye!

Poki is believed to be a Husky mix, though we cannot be sure without a DNA test. Huskies are notoriously challenging to train – highly intelligent, fiercely independent, and exceptionally high-energy, with an affectionate yet goofy temperament. Poki needs a companion with time to spare for equal parts training and cuddles!

Because of his affinity for snacking, Poki is temporarily on a weight-loss plan until he reaches a healthy weight. This kind, fluffy boy needs lots of room to roam and a comfy place outside to enjoy some fresh air. His excitable nature and breed tendencies make him best suited for experienced dog owners with no small children, as he is still learning not to jump and mouth during play. Poki has lived with a doggie pal and a cat in the past but would require slow introductions.
