Every kingdom needs a king, and this handsome fellow is ready to find a castle of his own! Meet King, a sweet gentleman who may be a little reserved at first, but is less fearful than some of his feline friends and is gradually becoming more comfortable with people.

King came from a home with many cats, so he’s quite familiar with feline company. Having another cat around may be comforting for him, and he could potentially find his forever home alongside one of his familiar companions.

While King isn’t likely to demand the royal treatment right away, he’s making progress with his humans. He may take a little time to decide that you’re worthy of his trust, but once he feels secure, he has the potential to become a wonderful companion. A little patience and plenty of kindness will go a long way with this sweet boy.

King is currently growing his beautiful coat back after a flea infestation, so his royal robes are still undergoing a bit of refurbishment. His fur may be a work in progress, but there’s no shortage of handsome underneath!

He’s looking for an indoor-only home where he can settle in at his own pace, enjoy a peaceful routine, and feel like the king of his very own castle. A cozy bed, loving humans, and possibly a feline friend would make for a pretty perfect kingdom.
