Meet Maverick! This lovely ebony lady was surrendered to the BC SPCA and is now looking for a loving fur-ever home that will be her purr-fect match. She seems to be a sweet, gentle cat who may be a little shy and nervous initially but given time to adjust she is very loving and adores getting all the attention she can get. She seems fairly calm and enjoys cozy places for her cat naps but may have a playful side hiding that will come out in the right home.

Maverick is looking for a calm, quiet home without children or possibly other animals as she can be anxious at times and would likely do best as the only pet. She has lived with another cat before but had some incidents of inappropriate urination possibly due to the stress. In the right home, given time to settle in, she will make a wonderful companion.
