🐱 Meet Emmet, a handsome male kitten who is looking for a calm and patient forever home. Emmet can be shy when meeting new people and experiencing new situations, but he is slowly learning that people can be pretty great! As he continues to build confidence, he’s beginning to show more interest in the world around him and the people who care for him.

💕 Emmet is looking for a family that will allow him to settle in at his own pace and celebrate his small victories along the way. With gentle encouragement, consistency, and lots of patience, he’ll continue to grow more comfortable and let his sweet personality shine through.

✨ A quiet home with understanding adopters will help Emmet feel safe and secure as he adjusts to his new surroundings. For the right family, watching Emmet gain confidence and come out of his shell will be an incredibly rewarding experience.

🩺 He will be booked for his neuter surgery in Port Coquitlam on October 6, so his new family will be picking him up as a Foster-To-Adopt, which means he can start settling into his forever home while we arrange his veterinary care. Once his surgery is complete the adoption will be finalized. In the meantime, he will need to return to the Tri-Cities shelter for regular check ups.
