Zara is a shy cat who can take some time to warm up to new people and environments. She prefers to move at her own pace and will thrive in a calm, patient home where she is given the time and space she needs to feel comfortable. While she may be reserved at first, gentle encouragement and understanding will help her build confidence and form trusting relationships.

Once Zara feels safe and secure, her sweet personality begins to shine. She is looking for a family that will appreciate her quiet nature and support her as she settles into her new home. With patience and kindness, Zara is sure to make a wonderful companion.

1. Submit an online application, and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to arrange a visit. Please note that due to the high volume of applications, only suitable applicants will be contacted for further review.

2. Visit the Surrey BC SPCA at 16748 50 Ave for a meet-and-greet and to learn more about Zara’s ideal home. You may also submit an adoption application in person.
