Logi is a one year old Malamute with a big personality, a huge heart, and lots of energy to share! This handsome boy is full of character and will keep you smiling with his playful, curious nature.

As a young Malamute, Logi is still learning and will need an adopter who is committed to ongoing training and positive reinforcement, particularly when it comes to leash walking. He’s a big strong dog, so continued training and consistency will be important to help him become the well-manner companion he is capable of being.

Logi would thrive with someone who understands the needs of a large, energetic breed and is ready to give him plenty of space, exercise and guidance. Logi has shown some resource guarding, so a family with experience dealing with these behaviours would be ideal. Additionally, a family without young children would be his best match.

Do you think you could be Logi’s person? Here are some ways to find out:

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Wednesday 12pm to 5pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or

2.)Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a canine companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!
