Meet Cebee, a wise and beautiful 17-year-old lady with a gentle soul, a curious mind, and plenty of personality.

Cebee loves affection, especially slow head scratches, gentle cheek rubs, and simply spending time with her people. She bonds deeply with “her person,” but she’s also a bit of a social butterfly and is more than happy to charm visitors, chatter away, and make sure she gets her share of the attention.

We’re also fairly convinced Cebee may be an undercover human. She seems to understand everything you say to her, is endlessly curious about what’s going on around her, and loves being included in the conversation. She even takes time to stop and smell the flowers – literally.

At 17, Cebee is looking for a calm, loving home where she can enjoy her golden years surrounded by comfort, companionship, and people who appreciate just how special she is.

For adoption applications:

1. Submit an online application and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit. Kindly note that due to the high number of applications, we will only be contacting suitable potential adopters to further review their interest.

2. If you are a successful applicant, we will coordinate with you to arrange a meet and greet at the Surrey BC SPCA centre, located at 16748 50 Ave.

If you are invited to meet an animal, please come prepared with a cat carrier as we do same-day adoptions if the meet goes well. We recommend being prepared with a litter box, litter, food and water dishes, and toys before bringing your new family member home.
