Meet Sage!

Sage is a gentle young tabby who is slowly beginning to show us her true personality. Her previous living situation wasn’t the right fit, and she arrived feeling unsure and overwhelmed. With time, patience, and a quiet environment, she’s been coming out of her shell a little more each day.

Sage recently experienced some urinary issues and is now on a prescribed urinary diet to help prevent future crystals.

As her confidence and comfort continue to grow, we’re seeing glimpses of a sweet, soft-natured girl who simply needs time to trust and settle in. One of Sage’s cutest quirks is that she loves to chirp at you! She’ll happily chat with her people in her own adorable way once she feels comfortable.

Do you think you could be Sage’s person? Here are some ways to find out:

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during our adoption viewing hours. Our visiting hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12-5pm
Thursday, Public Holidays: closed
Saturday, Sunday: 12-5pm

2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
