Meet “Churchie” Winston Churchill

This sweet 2‑year‑old grey boy came to us as a stray and has shown himself to be an exceptionally gentle, quiet boy. He has a calm presence, enjoys soft attention, and tends to take his time getting comfortable in new spaces. Once he feels safe, he settles in beautifully and appreciates a peaceful environment.

Because he arrived as a stray, we are not sure how he will do with another cat. A slow, structured introduction may be possible, but he may also prefer being the only feline in the home. Adopters who can offer patience and a low‑stress routine will help him continue building confidence.

He is not yet neutered, and his adopter will be responsible for bringing him to his upcoming scheduled neuter appointment. After that, he’ll be all set to begin his new life as a beloved companion.

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during our adoption viewing hours. Our visiting hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12-5pm
Thursday, Public Holidays: closed
Saturday, Sunday: 12-5pm

2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
