🐱 Meet Mopsy, an 8-month-old female kitten looking for a special home where she can blossom at her own pace. Mopsy is a very shy girl who is still learning to feel confident around people and new environments. While she can be hesitant, she does allow gentle touch and is beginning to build trust with those around her. Mopsy will thrive in a quiet, patient, and cat-savvy home that understands shy cats and is willing to let her settle in on her own timeline. She may do especially well with a confident resident cat who can help show her that people and new experiences aren’t so scary. With understanding, patience, and lots of love, Mopsy has the potential to grow into a wonderful companion.

🩺 She will be booked for her spay surgery in Port Coquitlam on August 26, so her new family will be picking her up as a Foster-To-Adopt, which means she can start settling into her forever home while we arrange her veterinary care. Once her surgery is complete the adoption will be finalized. In the meantime, she will need to return to the TriCities shelter for regular check ups.
