Salem Moon is a gorgeous 7 year old black cat with soft black fur and beautiful bright eyes. She’s a sweet, affectionate girl who loves lap time, gentle pets, and hanging out with her people.

Salem is looking for a quiet adult-only home with no kids, no other pets, and not a lot of activity. She’s happiest when life is calm and predictable. She enjoys toys now and then but would much rather curl up beside you for a nap.

Like many cats, Salem appreciates people who pay attention to her signals and know when she’s had enough attention. Give her the space and respect she asks for, and she’ll reward you with plenty of love and companionship.

Cat Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm.

Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors.

Note that we receive a high volume of adoption inquiries each day, and may not be able to follow-up with every applicant.
