Meet Tina!

Tina is a 2 year old Husky with a sweet, affectionate personality! She is happiest when she’s getting attention, cuddles, or spending time with her favorite people.

As an active young Husky, Tina will need plenty of daily exercise and mental stimulation to keep her happy and healthy. She walks well on a leash and enjoys getting out for adventures, making her a wonderful companion for an active home.

Tina is loving and enthusiastic, and she can sometimes be jumpy and excitable. Continue training will help her build good manners and channel her energy in positive ways.

Tina does experience separation anxiety, so she’ll do best with a family that can spend plenty of time with her and help her continue building confidence when left alone. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, she’ll thrive in a home where she’s treated as part of the family!

Do you think you could be Tina’s person? Here are some ways to find out:

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Wednesday 12pm to 5pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or

2.)Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a canine companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!
