Meet Jan – bonded to Bobby!
Jan is a sweet, gentle girl who has been making wonderful progress and is ready to find a loving home with her brother, Bobby. Jan and Bobby are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. While Jan is still learning that people can be trusted, each day brings a little more confidence, and watching her come out of her shell is incredibly rewarding.
This quiet, thoughtful girl is full of curiosity and loves to observe everything happening around her. She’s becoming braver every day and has an impressively loud purr to let you know when she’s happy. Jan also loves to play with your fingers and has even started offering sweet little nose boops! While she’s still building her confidence with handling, she’s making steady progress and is beginning to enjoy gentle attention from the people she trusts.
Like many shy kittens, Jan can be startled by sudden noises or unfamiliar situations and may need some time to feel safe again. She’ll do best with a patient adopter who understands that settling into a new home takes time. With a calm environment and the ability to move at her own pace, Jan’s playful and affectionate personality will continue to shine.
Gentle, curious, and full of potential, Jan is ready to find a family who will help her continue her journey alongside her brother, Bobby. These two are very special to one another and must be adopted together, and we can’t wait to see them continue to grow in confidence side by side!

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during our adoption viewing hours. Our visiting hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12-5pm
Thursday, Public Holidays: closed
Saturday, Sunday: 12-5pm
2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
