Batman came into our care as a stray and he’s already shown us what a fantastic pup he is! This handsome, energetic boy is full of enthusiasm and is looking for an active family that can keep up with his zest for life.
Batman would thrive with adopters who enjoy long walks, outdoor adventures, or other activities where he can be part of the fun. He has the potential to make an excellent adventure companion for a family that can provide both physical exercise and mental enrichment.
Due to his stronger nature and excitement for life, He’ll need a confident adopter who is comfortable handling an excitable boy! His adopters should expect to work on his leash skills, manners, and basic obedience. With patience, structure, and plenty of love, Batman is sure to grow into a loyal, fun-loving companion who’s always ready for the next adventure.

Do you think you could be Batman’s person? Here are some ways to find out:

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Wednesday 12pm to 5pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or
2.)Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a canine companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!
