Meet sweet Maple Walnut!
Maple Walnut came into the care of the BC SPCA with her mom and siblings when they were found as strays in a rural area. Maple Walnut is a little anxious at first but her curious and playful kitten side soon wins out and she’ll quickly be exploring her new surroundings.
Maple Walnut is playful and energetic, spending her days chasing toys, wrestling with her sibling, and filling the simplest moments with adorable kitten antics. Maple Walnut is sweet and does enjoy pets and affection once she’s had time to adjust and relax in her new environment. She will benefit from lots of love and continued socialization with her new family. Maple Walnut may do well in a home with older children and/or other animals provided they have a slow and careful introduction. She can be easily startled by loud noises and fast movements so very small children or a really busy home might be a bit intimidating. With lots of loving reassurance she will flourish though and become a wonderful companion and great addition to a home.
This kitten will bring joy, laughter, and plenty of affection to any home lucky enough to have him!
Adopting a kitten is a lifetime commitment. Adopters need to provide all the love and care needed to help their kitten have a long, happy, healthy life. Kittens need lots of enrichment, play time, socializing, plus a good quality diet, and regular vet checkups, as with any animal. *Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
