Meet Shep!
Shep is an 8 year old Heeler/German Shepherd with a lot of love to give. Shep is an outgoing, affectionate, and playful dog who loves to meet new people. He knows a few basic commands, is fully house trained, and has lived with other dogs in the past. Shep loves hanging around in the great outdoors, whether that means lounging in the sun or going for a long stroll around the neighbourhood.
Shep is best suited to a home with no young children as he can resource guard his food/toys. A guardian who has experience with this behaviour is ideal.
Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me. We welcome online applications, however in person meets have top priority.
Our visiting hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12-5
Thursday, Public Holidays: closed
Saturday, Sunday: 12-4

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
