Fern is a lovely, gentle girl with a sweet soul and a heart full of potential. While she can be a little shy in the shelter environment, she has been nothing but kind and well-mannered with everyone she meets.
Fern takes a bit of time to feel comfortable in new situations and with new people, but once she begins to trust you, her quiet and affectionate personality shines through. She would thrive in a patient, understanding home that will give her the time and space she needs to settle in at her own pace.
This pretty girl is looking for a forever family that will appreciate her gentle nature and help her build confidence. In return, you’ll gain a loyal companion whose sweet personality is well worth the wait.

Walk-ins are prioritized.
We are open to walk in’s Tuesday – Saturday 12 pm -4 pm (except for Stat Holidays).

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
