Meet Arroy and Wiwi!

These gentle, bonded lovebirds are searching for a patient and understanding home where they can begin to feel safe and secure. Arroy and Wiwi came to us from a very busy household with many other birds, where they didn’t always receive the ideal diet or environment needed to thrive.

Because of their past, both girls are quite fearful and still learning that people can be calm and predictable. They rely heavily on one another for comfort, sticking close side-by-side as they navigate the world around them. Their bond is truly special; when one feels unsure, the other is right there, offering reassurance.

Arroy and Wiwi will need a quiet, low-stress home willing to give them the time and space they need to adjust at their own pace. A spacious, enriching flight cage is essential, along with a consistent routine that helps them build confidence over time. Gentle, positive interactions will go a long way in earning their trust, but their adopters must be prepared to let them set the pace. Adopters that have experience with lovebirds or other exotic birds would be ideal for their future family.

They are currently transitioning to a healthier, balanced diet, and their adopters must be committed to continuing this progress. Proper nutrition, routine veterinary care, and a clean, thoughtfully designed environment with plenty of enrichment will be key to helping them flourish.
