Meet Celestia, a stunning 2‑year‑old black Domestic Shorthair with a gentle soul and a soft, quiet presence. She can be a little shy at first, especially in new environments, but once she feels safe, her affectionate side shines.

Celestia loves being pet – slow head scratches, gentle cheek rubs, and calm companionship are her favorite things. She’s the kind of cat who bonds deeply with “her person” and thrives in a peaceful home where she can blossom at her own pace.

For adoption applications:

1. Submit an online application and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit. Kindly note that due to the high number of applications, we will only be contacting suitable potential adopters to further review their interest.

2. If you are a successful applicant, we will coordinate with you and Allen’s foster family to arrange for a meet and greet at the Surrey BC SPCA centre, located at 16748 50 Ave.

If you are invited to meet an animal, please come prepared with a cat carrier as we do same-day adoptions if the meet goes well. We recommend being prepared with a litter box, litter, food and water dishes, and toys before bringing your new family member home.
