Meet Loofah
Loofah is a very special guy who is looking for an equally special home. Born in a well-managed feral colony, his tendency is to hide until he feels comfortable in his surroundings so he needs a home that is understanding of his need to come out of his shell at his own pace.
Although he hid for almost a month while in the animal care centre, he took to eating liquid treats off of peoples’ fingers rather quickly which showed us that he has the potential of being an amazingly social cat. He now comes out of hiding while people are nearby and will allow gentle touches on his nose but he still hasn’t allowed prolonged pets.
He would do best in a home with another confident cat who he can learn from and play with.

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
