Norma is a gentle, sweet girl who is still finding her footing in the shelter. New environments can feel a little overwhelming for her, and she prefers a calm, predictable space where she can relax and feel secure.

Once she feels comfortable, Norma enjoys attention and affection, though she can sometimes become a little overstimulated when there’s lots of activity around her. For that reason, she would likely thrive in a quieter home where she can settle in at her own pace and build confidence.

Norma has previously lived with another cat, but we think she may be happiest as the only pet in her new home, where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. If you’re looking for a kind-hearted companion and are willing to give her a little patience as she adjusts, Norma may be the perfect match.

Cat Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm.

Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors.

Note that we receive a high volume of adoption inquiries each day, and may not be able to follow-up with every applicant.
