Meet Jasper!

Jasper is the shelter’s beloved wild child. He keeps everyone laughing with his goofy antics and is learning to leave his puppy mischief behind him. He’s eager to learn, loves to please his people, and will thrive with someone who can continue his training. His favourite things include playing outside, going for walks, and swimming. He absolutely adores other dogs and even has a shelter bestie named Solo.

Jasper is currently working on managing his excitement, which can sometimes show through mouthy behaviour. With consistency and continued training, he’s already making great progress.

Jasper is ready to find his forever family and keep discovering just how fun the world can be!

Dog Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting.

Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors.

Note that we receive a high volume of adoption inquiries each day, and may not be able to follow-up with every applicant.
