Meet Kira:
Kira is a very sweet girl with a gentle heart. She can be a little unsure when meeting new people at first, but with a few tasty treats and a calm approach, she warms up quickly and shows her affectionate side.
She’s an eager, loving companion who enjoys attention once she feels comfortable. Kira can be a bit jumpy when she’s excited, so she would benefit from continued positive‑reinforcement training. Working with an AnimalKind trainer would help her build confidence and polish her manners, setting her up for success in her new home.
Kira would do best with a patient, kind family who can give her guidance, consistency, and plenty of love. With the right support, she’ll make a wonderful and loyal companion.
Walk-ins are prioritized.
We are open to walk in’s Tuesday – Saturday 12 pm -4 pm (except for Stat Holidays).

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
