Me oh my, it’s Mimi & Mya! Meet these two sweet, loving senior ladies who are looking for a quiet, adult home to spend their golden years in where they hope to be absolutely spoiled. This pretty black and white duo were surrendered to the SPCA when their guardian was sadly no longer able to keep them and it’s been quite a shock for them. Mimi and Mya have been feeling pretty overwhelmed at the animal centre and feel the need to hide at first until they feel more comfortable so it’s easy to miss them. Mimi and Mya have shy, gentle spirits that just crave loving pets and cuddles, quiet nights curled up with you, and a peaceful environment. They would do best in a calm home without children and any rambunctious animals. We’re not sure if they’ve been around other animals before so would need very slow, proper introductions and testing. Mimi is the bolder and braver of the two, whereas Mya takes more time and encouragement. Having Mimi around helps Mya feel at home and these two sweethearts are looking for an amazing home that can welcome them both into their heart. With any animal, but particularly seniors, it is important for adopters to be prepared to keep up with regular vet check ups and care, including a healthy diet to encourage a good body condition and help with regular brushing.
