Meet Mali 🐾

Mali is a beautiful medium-haired adult cat with a gentle soul who has come such a long way since arriving in our care. Abandoned at a housing unit with no known history, she was understandably frightened and unsure of people. With patience, consistency, and lots of gentle encouragement, Mali has blossomed into a much friendlier cat who now enjoys human companionship and happily seeks out attention from those she trusts.

While she’s no longer the timid cat she once was, Mali still appreciates a calm, predictable environment where she can continue to build her confidence. She has a wonderful personality that’s beginning to shine through, and watching her open up has been incredibly rewarding.

Mali is looking for a quiet, adult-only home with no children, where her new family will respect her pace and allow her to settle in comfortably. She may be okay with respectful dogs, but would prefer to be the only cat (she will tolerate other felines, though, if needed).

PLEASE NOTE: This cat is located on the Sunshine Coast and travel via BC Ferries is required to adopt. Appointments are preferred to adopt one of our animals.
