Meet Honey

Add to favourites

**Honey is available for foster to adopt local to the South Okanagan area while she awaits her spay procedure**

Honey is a sweet as her name suggests. With her gentle nature and sensitive personality, she forms a deep bond with her people and is ready to blossom in the right home.

Honey is a shy girl who takes her time getting comfortable, but once she trusts you, her loving and loyal personality truly shines. She thrives on calm energy, patience, and reassurance, and will reward her person with quiet companionship and affection. It may take multiple visits for Honey to warm up to new people. Many things are new to her, and she is currently learning how to walk on leash. Honey would benefit from working with an AnimalKind trainer to help build her confidence and set her up for success.

Honey would do best as the only pet in the home-where she can truly be the “Queen Bee” and enjoy all the love and attention to herself. She would thrive in a home that offers consistency, routine, and a peaceful environment where she can continue to build confidence at her own pace.

Honey is a working breed mix, which means she will benefit from both mental and physical enrichment. We encourage potential adopters to learn more about her breed traits to ensure they are prepared to meet her needs and help her succeed.
