Juneau is a sensitive soul who just needs a little time to feel safe. She can be a bit nervous when meeting new people or entering a new environment, and she appreciates having her boundaries respected as she settles in. Because of this, she’ll do best with patient adopters who understand that trust takes time and that the reward is absolutely worth it.
With a calm approach and a few irresistible tube treats, Juneau begins to show her softer side. Once she feels secure, she forms a quiet but meaningful bond with her people and enjoys companionship on her own terms. Often happy to just curl up in the same room as you.
Juneau is looking for a home that will give her the space and understanding she needs to blossom. If you’re willing to go at her pace, you’ll gain a loyal companion who truly comes into her own with love and dedication.

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during our adoption viewing hours. Our visiting hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12-3pm
Thursday, Public Holidays: closed
Saturday, Sunday: 12-3pm

2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
