Meet Amos!

Amos is a wonderfully quirky young cat who’s still learning that humans are friends. He’s looking for a calm, patient, adult only home where he can settle in at his own pace and enjoy the cozy life he deserves.

Amos previously lived with several other cats and would likely thrive with a confident, social feline friend who can help show him the ropes, provided introductions are done slowly and thoughtfully.

Once he feels safe, Isaac reveals his softer side: he’s a master biscuit maker, enjoys gentle pets, and is an enthusiastic fan of Churu treats. With time and trust, he’ll likely blossom into a lively, playful companion.

Because Amos is not used to humans and can show mixed body language, we’re seeking a cat savvy adopter who understands how to support him. He has also had some inappropriate urination here in the shelter. We had a urinalysis done and it came back clear; the vets believe this issue is behavioral and Amos may need some additional training. We recommend doing some research and being prepared for some accidents in the home.

Come meet Amos in person at our West Vancouver location. Adoption hours: 12pm-3pm, Tuesday to Sunday (Closed Mondays)
