Bella comes from a place where she was clearly loved very much – her world was just a little on the small side. Because of that, she’s still discovering how big and exciting life can be, and she’s doing it with the sweetest little personality.

She absolutely adores her humans and is happiest hanging out nearby, soaking up attention, sitting on top of your shoulder and giving gentle affection. Bella is practicing her potty training and is doing great with her new routine.

She’s also learning that in her new world, sharing is caring. She can sometimes think her person is the best resource ever (honestly, fair), but she’s making progress and just needs a family who will continue to help her build confidence and understand that love isn’t limited.

She may also benefit from larger confident doggy friends who can help show her that the world isn’t scary.

Bella will need time to adjust, and introductions to new environments and people should be slow – patience is key. In her foster home, she quickly realized that her foster mom wasn’t scary at all, and that a new house and big backyard meant fun things like exploring, sniffing, and relaxing in the sunshine.

Bella is a lovely girl who just wants to be close to her people and continue learning that the world is a safe and happy place. 🐶✨
