Hello friends! My name is Scooby! 🐾
I’m a 3‑month‑old Lab puppy and-oh my gosh-I am very cute. Like, stop-you-in-your-tracks cute. You might also notice something a little special about me. I’m a tri‑pod pup, which means I rock life on three legs! Yep, your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you.
But don’t you worry for one second-having three legs does not slow me down one bit. I still have plenty of puppy energy, puppy curiosity, and just the right amount of puppy mischief. Zoomies? Check. Tail wags? Endless. Love to give? So much.
I was born with a congenital issue-one of my legs came out pointing backward (kind of like a chicken wing… the flat part, to be exact). As interesting as that sounds, it made running pretty tricky and, between you and me, I spent way too much time accidentally bouncing off my face. That part wasn’t very fun. So the humans here made the brave and loving decision to help me out, and losing that leg actually helped me find my balance.
And wow-look at me now! I’m running with the wind, gaining confidence every day, and discovering just how strong I really am. I’m only getting better, and I have a feeling my best days are still ahead.
Now, you’re probably wondering how I ended up here. Well… that’s a story I’d rather not repeat. What matters most is the now. The amazing people here took care of me, believed in me, and gave me the chance I needed to shine. Because of them, I’m healthy, happy, and ready for what comes next.
