Lucky is a gentle soul who just needed a little time to feel safe. When she first arrived, she was very scared and unsure of her surroundings, but with patience and care, she has truly begun to blossom. Lucky has gradually opened up, building a small circle of people she trusts-and once you’re in that circle, you’ll get to see her sweet, goofy, and playful personality shine.

She has a curious nature and shows interest in other dogs, so she may enjoy having a canine companion, whether in the home or through regular playdates. At this time, it’s unknown how she would do with small animals like cats.

Lucky is still learning about life indoors and may not yet be house trained, as she hasn’t had much experience living in a home environment. Because of this, she’ll need a patient and dedicated adopter who is committed to helping her learn through positive reinforcement training.

Due to her sensitive nature, Lucky would likely do best in a home with older children who can respect her boundaries and continue building her confidence.

With the right support and a loving home, Lucky has so much potential to continue growing into a loyal, fun, and deeply rewarding companion. Lucky is waiting to be spayed and will need a local family who can bring her in for her surgery date.
