ADOPTION FEE: $75

Derek is a 1.5 year old Dutch mix bunny with a wonderfully gentle personality and an irresistible charm. He’s a bright, playful little guy who loves zooming around, exploring new spaces, and investigating toys with curious enthusiasm. Offer him a snack and he’ll greet you with happy interest every single time. Derek is the kind of bunny who brightens the room simply by being in it.

He’ll need a home that understands proper rabbit care and the space bunnies truly require. Rabbits do not thrive in cages, so Derek will need a roomy x-pen or a fully rabbit‑proofed area where he can hop, stretch, and practice his daily zoomies. He’ll enjoy having tunnels, soft mats, chew toys, and hideaways to keep his mind and body busy. A healthy diet of unlimited hay, daily fresh greens, and measured pellets will keep him feeling his best. Nail trims, safe chew items, and a clean litter area are important parts of his routine, too.

Once Derek feels secure, he shows his sweet nature in the most heart‑melting ways gentle approaches, bright curious looks, and those quiet, peaceful moments when he relaxes nearby because he knows he’s safe. He’s a bunny full of personality and playful spirit, and it’s nearly impossible not to fall for him the moment you meet him.
