Meet Dom! Dom is an energetic young Heeler eager to meet his forever family! Dom loves the great outdoors; from running to hiking to camping, this little adventure buddy is down for everything. And to top it all of, he’s smart as a whip and loves to learn new things. Dom is quite a needy fella and loves to be around his people, and as a result has been exhibiting some separation anxiety while here at the BCSPCA. His potential guardians should be prepared to work with Dom to increase his tolerance to being left alone, and help him learn how to settle down. He loves to be with you, on your lap, or in your arms, and would be fantastic for an active guardian looking for an adventure pal. Dom is good with other dogs (albeit a little nervous at first), and has lived with kids before as well.

Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me. You can also submit an application online if I am in foster or you would like to save some time when you come visit. While we do welcome online applications, in person meets have top priority.
