Meet Potato
Kittens & cats are in high demand, this centre operates on a first come, first considered basis. Online apps are not considered beforehand.
Meet Potato! This adorable grey DSH kitten is a little on the shy side, but once she feels safe, she starts to sprout the cutest personality. Potato is the kind of kitten who likes to quietly check out her surroundings first… then suddenly bursts into play with the enthusiasm of a tiny spud on a mission.
She’s soft, gentle, curious, and absolutely charming. Give her some patience and kindness, and you’ll watch her confidence grow day by day.
Potato loves:
🥔 Batting at toys when she thinks you’re not looking
👀 Investigating new spaces with cautious curiosity
💤 Cozy, quiet spots where she can observe her kingdom
💛 Slowly building trust and showing her sweet, playful side
She will be booked for her spay surgery in Port Coquitlam (date TBA) so her new family will be picking her up as a Foster-To-Adopt, which means she can start settling into her forever home while we arrange her veterinary care. Once her spay surgery is complete the adoption will be finalized. In the meantime, she will need to return to the TriCities shelter for regular check ups.
If Potatoe sounds like the purr-fect addition to your home:
1. Come visit during adoption hours (1-4pm Fri-Tues)
2. Speak with one of our adoption counsellors to determine if it’s a good match
3. We’ll review instructions then you’ll be able to take your new feline friend home!
