Meet Cheerio
Cheerio came into our care as part of a large group of cats living on a property, and due to this we believe he may enjoy the company of another cat in his new home.
He is nervous to start and prefers to hide when feeling overwhelmed.
We have him on an anxiety reducing medication while in shelter so that he can feel more comfortable with the hustle and bustle, and we would send him home with enough to ease his transition in the home as well.
Cheerio is sweet, but not forward with his affection and is looking for a patient guardian to let him ease in at his own pace.
He would be best suited for indoor living due to his nervous nature, but would love a good window for bird watching!

Please note Cheerio will likely not be receptive to visitors as he is shy and needs more time to feel comfortable with new people.

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
