Meet Kip!

Kip is a one-year-old lab mix with a heart as big as his goofy grin. He’s eager to be a part of whatever you’re doing, going on walks, playing with toys, or just settling down for a couch cuddle.

Kip is still a puppy, and is learning both his manners and his tricks, and would do best in a home that understands that young dogs need both playtime and structure. He’s eager to please and earn his treats.

Kip does have some early signs of mild hip dysplasia, as well as carpal hyperextension in his front legs which will require ongoing medication and veterinary care.

Despite these challenges, Kip remains happy, playful and loving young dog looking for a home willing and capable of embracing his needs in the future should they ever arise.

Thank you for your interest in adopting! Do you think you could be Kip’s person? Apply today!

TIP: To aid our team in making the best match possible, applicants are encouraged to write a little bit about themselves when prompted.

Dog Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting.

Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors.

Note that we receive a high volume of adoption inquiries each day, and may not be able to follow-up with every applicant.
