Jamie came into care from an environment with a lot of cats living together without much human contact. So, this means that he and his pal, Rufus, are both ‘under socialized’ and nervous in new situations and around new people. That said, these boys have learned so much over the past few months about living with people.

After some initial time settling in we have learned that Jamie LOVES to play. He loves to play with a wand toy but will gleefully bat a toy around for hours by himself as well. He is also an expert bug catcher, sure to keep your house free of any creepy crawlers.

Jamie has really opened up in his foster home, and is more comfortable each day. He is really respectful and social with the other cats in his foster home, so could fit into a house with other cats really well. He also is bonded to his pal, Rufus, and will often call for him throughout the house to get him to come and play. Rufus and Jamie are looking for a home together, and with Rufus’ cooky personality they make a really adorable pair! They are often found snuggled up together on their favourite chair in a puddle of grey fur.

Jamie may not be the type of cat who greets you at the door right away, but for the right person, he offers something deeply meaningful: the opportunity to change a life. Jamey and Rufus are the perfect duo to keep you entertained and fill you with love and joy.
