Introducing….Beautiful Lola !

Lola found herself here in shelter when her owners ran into financial trouble and could no longer provide the care she needs.

Lola can be a bit shy at first, but has blossomed into an affectionate, outgoing and social girl in care. She absolutely loves going for walks, smiling at dogs and people alike whenever she passes them by. She is a bit of a velcro dog with staff, sticking right to their legs demanding pets and affection from anyone who will offer it to her.

Lola is the kind of dog who’ll quietly lean in for affection, make soft eye contact, and warm your heart with her calm, steady presence. We don’t find her to be too treat motivated in shelter but she never turns down a good head scratch. She has lived in a home with children and would do best as the only animal in the home. She has shown very positive social interactions with dogs, however, in her previous home she was not socialized so slow introductions should be followed when meeting other dogs.

She’s looking for a committed, dog-savvy detached home with a fenced yard to continue to work, play and socialize her. Please come down and meet this beautiful, lovely girl during our adoption hours Tuesday-Sunday, 12-3pm! 🐾💕🐕❤️
