Hello friends, my name is Shiloh! I’m a young, petite Shepherd Border Collie cross, I look like a regular Shepherd, I’m just a little bit smaller 😉 I came to the shelter as a stray, and sadly, no one came looking for me, so here I am, hoping to find a new family who will love me as much as I deserve.

Not much is known about my past, I can be a bit anxious as I’m always on alert, ready for anything, and sometimes that can make me a little bit jumpy. I was super excited when I got the chance to go for a walk by the river with some friends-it was such a nice change! But I have to admit, I still need some help with my social skills. When I meet new doggy friends, I tend to bark first because I’m just not sure how to act. Once I get comfortable, though, I’m pretty chill and prefer to mind my own business.

I’m looking for a patient and understanding guardian who can help me feel safe and show me the ropes. I may need some time to adjust, but I know that with a little guidance, I’ll learn to trust and feel secure. In the meantime, I’m a good girl in my kennel-no trouble at all! So, if you’re someone who can give me the love, patience, and support I need, I’d love to meet you and maybe become part of your family!
