Meet Karen
Meet Karen!
Karen was found as stray in Powell River, and then was moved to us! We have no previous history about Karen, but it seems as though she hasn’t had much human socialization or interaction over the course of her life, as she is quite fearful of people.
***However, recently we have discovered Karen loves company! If you sit with Karen, she will start purring up a storm. Karen doesn’t want to be touched but really enjoys someone to spend time with her. She will also wait by the door for you to come and visit her. Who knows, she may be a lap cat one day!
If you think you could be a good fit for this beautiful feline, follow the steps to apply to adopt.
Please follow these steps if interested in adoption!
1. View the animal’s profile at adopt.spca.bc.ca
2. Submit an application – https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/
3. If it’s a match, staff will contact you to set up an appointment for a meet & greet.
4. Live happily fur-ever after!
*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a feline companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!
