Ernie is a sweet and shy guinea pig who came to us alongside his bonded brother, Bert. They can be a bit nervous in new situations, as they came from a home with many other animals but were not handled much before arriving at the shelter.
While they are still adjusting to their new environment, Ernie and Bert are gentle and kind-hearted pigs who are gradually gaining confidence!

Ernie is food-motivated and enjoys gentle, positive interactions, especially when treats are involved! He loves fresh veggies and cozy hideaways where he can snuggle his brother for comfort to feel safe and secure.

Ernie and Bert share a strong bond and are looking for a quiet home with experience caring for guinea pigs, where they can continue their companionship and further their trust in people.
