Meet Chester!

Our very own Treeing Walker Coonhound! His breed characteristics say it all. His beautiful singing abilities gets him a lot of attention, and we often cave to give him extra treats and walks. Chester is a bit under weight so the extra treats he could benefit from. He is very excited meeting all of us new people but after a while he does settle and enjoys a cuddle. Chester has lived with another dog before but we have not tested him yet in shelter.

If your interested in Chester, please fill out an online application or come into the Maple Ridge Shelter to complete a paper copy. Due to many applications we receive daily, feel free to call us or come in once completed. We run on a first come first considered basis, and our visiting hours are 1-5pm every day except holidays.
